• Commercial Information (records of classes in which students have enrolled).

• Account information such as username, password, unique user ID, and communication preferences.

• Credit card or banking information. Collected only for users who pay online using the Site.

• Statistical information regarding users’ interaction with the Site. Collected automatically when users visit the Site. This information is aggregated (compiled to create statistics that cannot identify a particular individual) and de-identified (stripped of all unique identifiers such that it cannot be linked to a particular individual).

• Diagnostic information for the Site, including web traffic logs.

This is a commercial website intended for use by individuals that are at least 18 years old. Parents of prospective students under the age of 18 must contact USA Chen Taiji Center by phone in order to register for classes. USA Chen Taiji Center does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
